The toys are made by me personally in Saint Petersburg (Russia) from hypoallergic (100% polyester) American plush fabric Shannon cuddle 3 (also known as “minky”) – durable, yet very soft and nice to the touch. Other materials may be used for decoration, such as fake fur, velvet, fleece and cotton, mohair and kanekalon.
Attention! The toys have hand stitches; they may contain small details, wire or plastic frame and glass pellets. They are not suitable for children or active playing and require delicate treatment and handling. You can find the details in the General Guideline for Washing and Handling
The house is not pet-free, cats live here. They have no access to the ready toys, the toys are mandatory cleaned before dispatch, however, please, keep this in mind before placing an order in case of allergy.
No expiry date.
Warranty for toys - 1 month.
In case of any defects the crafter is liable for during the warranty period the mending works may be executed free of charge. In this case the customer assures the delivery to the crafter at their expense. The mended toy is returned to the customer at the crafter’s own expense.
In case of wrong transportation, storage, using, in case of mechanical damage which the customer is liable for, the warranty is terminated.
